Q: What will happen to my current pre-orders?
A: All existing orders will be fulfilled.
Q: When will my pre-order ship?
A: You will receive an estimated shipment date via email once your order is ready to ship. Due to ongoing uncertainty around tariffs, there may be some delays. If this happens, we’ll notify you promptly by email and will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Q: Will I need to pay an additional fee to receive my existing pre-order?
A: Currently, no additional fees are being charged on existing pre-orders. However, due to the rapidly changing situation and high tariff rates, there is still a possibility that a surcharge may be applied in the future. Customers will be notified in advance if this happens.
