How to make changes:
1. PREMIUM BANDAI will e-mail you immediately upon receiving the undelivered product.
2. Please offer the following information using the provided inquiry form and contact us within 30 days upon receiving our e-mail.
To change your shipping address, please provide:

・Phone number of the recipient
