We currently only use FedEx as our carrier of choice. We are not able to accommodate any requests to ship out packages using a different carrier.

There are two different ways to check the on the shipment status of your order.
One way is simply by ensuring you check your e-mail inbox frequently, as important notifications will be sent to the registered e-mail address on the account, such as deadlines to make any changes to an order.
The second way is by logging in and checking your order in your order history, which is available on MY PAGE.
After your order is shipped, we will send your tracking number via e-mail. Please keep a close eye on your inbox and ensure that our e-mails are not going into your spam or junk folder, as all important notifications will be sent to you, including delivery notifications.
